Civil engineer with two years of experience in highrise residential. Result-oriented, young, and dynamic. Professional experience in structural engineering, usually do budgeting estimate plans for construction, familiar with calculating bill of quantity, construction material preparation, and the establishment of reporting planning and scheduling. Presenting and monitoring documentation or blueprints amongst stakeholders, engineers, and related parties. Good interpersonal skills and hard-working as needed in coordination and achieving project targets. 
 

• Calculating structural volume quantities such as; reinforcement work, formwork, concrete work, and wall finishing utility work for budget estimate plan submission and realization.
• Create a budget estimate plan and bill of quantity from the site instruction document include additions of construction work and reduction of construction work.
• Forming proposals for additional construction work including volume and cost amendment for the approval of stakeholders.
• Make calculations and prepare project plans, and oversee and provide reports on progress and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
