- Responsible for policy cascading, clarification and market calibration sessions to ensure accurate understanding of the policy to all moderators and QA as well as escalating insights such as policy gaps to PES Team
- Support the go-live process for new hire (e.g. Generating policy exam link, test result correction and Q&A).
- Responsible for the moderation team's (BPO) quality and work closely with GPM team, and other BPO QAs.
