I am a bachelor's degree in French Literature from Semarang State University in 2021. I have some experience working for E-commerce companies such as Zalora. There I learned how to be a good Customer Support and learned how to handle customers and solve their problems properly.

I have also worked at Grab Indonesia. There I became a Financial Agent and learned various things about the company's product knowledge. I learned how to handle complaining customers, compensate complaining customers and also learn how to provide the best service to customers.

Apart from that, I am currently working for a business service company, Concentrix. At Concentrix, I work as a Content Moderator. As a Content Moderator, I have experiences in the field of content moderation, where i am in charge of updating content, reviewing content, and auditing content such as images, text, videos.

Not only work experience, at this time I am also self-taught deepening my knowledge in the IT field, especially Web Developer. I learned how to be a front-end developer with PHP, Javascript and SQL.
