I also responsible for 24/7 coordination with TPA related to treatment in provider network. I train the TPA staff and monitor their performances as well. I support medical opinion/enquiries to underwriting team related to risk selection, claim analysts, sales, client relations, and other internal department for medical inquiries. I help them to make a good decision for clients and our company, not only in term of medical enquiries, but also in term of financial decisions.

I also make Health Bulletin for customers.
