Steered the leadership of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) officers across all branches of the Samator Group in Indonesia, focusing on robust safety measurements, controls, and actions. Demonstrated expertise in leading accident investigation teams, providing essential feedback and strategies to address safety issues.

As the Management Representative in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters, I adeptly tackled and solved safety challenges across various departments. Pioneered the creation and implementation of an innovative digital system for live updates on health and safety aspects, enhancing team management and facilitating swift communication of vital information to top management for prompt corrective action.

I established a comprehensive command structure for safety officers, effectively leading and managing teams to uphold health and safety standards across all Indonesian branches. Additionally, I was instrumental in creating and implementing a digitized COVID-19 detection system for employees, aligning with the guidelines set by the Indonesian Health Ministry.

Saya menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana Teknik Mesin di universitas Trisakti, dengan lulus pada tahun 2008. Selama masa studi, saya memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip teknik mesin yang menjadi dasar bagi karier profesional saya.

Saat ini, saya sedang menempuh pendidikan Master of Science (MSc) di bidang Safety, Health, and Environment Management di University of South Wales, United Kingdom, yang dimulai pada tahun 2023. Saya dijadwalkan lulus pada bulan Juli 2024. Dalam program ini, saya telah memperdalam pengetahuan mengenai manajemen keselamatan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan. Saya juga terlibat dalam proyek penelitian yang berfokus pada Evaluasi kultur K3 dalam sebuah perusahaan serta menyelesaikan berbagai Modul penting seperti Risk Assessment, CSR For Manager, Occupational Health, dan Environmental Management.
