Hendry Kurniawan Kasim

Since 2013, I have gained extensive experience in implementing community development and corporate social responsibility programs across urban, rural, and coastal areas, including assisting indigenous coastal communities. My expertise includes a deep understanding of ISO 26000, SDGs, and ESG concepts. I possess strong skills in community development projects, public relations strategy, CSR program, social project management, social mapping, and stakeholder engagement. With a Master of Social Welfare from Universitas Indonesia, I bring a high level of professionalism in program and project management to effectively drive social initiatives. These initiatives not only benefit the community but also contribute to the overall success of the company business.

1. CSR/ESG Manager - Finns Bali (November 2022 – January 2023). As the leader responsible for overseeing CSR / ESG practices across the organization, my role involved working closely with all operational units to implement CSR/ESG policies. My general responsibilities included: • Planning, developing, and implementing CSR and ESG programs in alignment with company goals, sustainability commitments, and stakeholder interests. 
2. Head of Community Development Department – Senior Executive at PT Bintan Inti Industrial Estate (PT BIIE), Bintan (March – Oct 2022), My responsibility is, I am tasked with designing, developing, and implementing high-quality community development programs aimed at making a significant impact on the community within a specific area comprising five villages (Ring 1). These programs are aligned with the principles of Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship, Environment, and philanthropy, with reference to ISO 26000 and the SDGs. I am responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders.
