I am an innovative and visionary leader with a holistic and contextual approach, boasting a rich history of contributions to religious institutions and NGOs. With a remarkable 20-year career focused on cross-cultural humanitarian endeavors, I have served as a Christian social worker, cross-cultural missionary,  a national director, and a project director in Indonesia and internationally, including the Philippines and Kyrgyzstan. With extensive experience 5 years on senior leadership as a Project Director at SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia and as a National Director-Indonesia at Lutheran Hour Ministries International-USA, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to create, develop, lead and manage complex programs and impactful initiatives that align with organizational goals to transform vulnerable people. Experienced on 34 community development Projects, 4 WASH projects and 7 disaster response projects. Adept in strategic leadership planning, project management, MEAL, community outreach, integrative-contextual program design, and in integrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive community development initiatives.

 1. Directed 4 Directors and 3 managers, and Lead a team of over 100 employees at SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia, overseeing annual plans, budgets, and Result Based Management strategies to support the well-being of around 1100 children and 6000 families.
2. Establishing partnerships with 157 churches, organizations, 97 schools, 18 MoU, and  11 communities across multiple regions in Indonesia to enhance program reach and effectiveness..
3. Developing innovative, holistic and contextual programs and managing long-term goals, budgets, and operating plans at Lutheran Hour Ministry Indonesia, resulting in the successful execution of 15 global programs.
4. Demonstrating expertise in integrative-contextual thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, project management, and Result Based Management (RBM).

5. Experienced on 34 community development Projects, 4 WASH projects and 7 disaster response projects.

6. Secured a $250,000 grant from Avery Dennison Foundation (USA) for the BEST Project (Anti violence Project) in Semarang.
7. Contributed to the development of the National Association and actively participated in national planning and evaluation processes, established Contextual-Internal SOP of Gate Keeping, 3 units of gate keeping process flow charts, and Gate Keeping Revitalization Projects, that proposed 3 dimensions of revitalization.
