I have a bachelor’s degree in food technology from Bina Nusantara University with Magna Cumlaude predicate. I have been in the food industry as Quality Control for ten months at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. During my experience, I have gained considerable experience in food innovation, food analysis, sensory evaluation, quality control, regulatory compliance, and food processing.

● Conducted in-depth analysis of packaging materials from suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications (e.g., COL length, roll dimensions, width, bonding strength, packing shape, roll direction, color, thickness, and core weight).

● Implemented a zero-defect approach to guarantee the absence of defects in ordered packaging materials.

● Performed physical & chemical testing on raw materials and products, including pH value, Free Fatty Acid, Peroxide Value, etc.

● Executed microbial testing of biscuit products, covering Total Plate Count (TPC), mold and yeast, coliform, and Enterobacteriaceae.

● Assisted staff in daily operational activities and completed administrative tasks as assigned while generating daily and final report
