Ezra Ruth

Hi! I’m Ezra Ruth, a Tax Staff at Truman Consultant. I focus on managing and preparing company tax documents — from collecting and organizing tax data, calculating tax liabilities, to ensuring timely filing and payment. I’m also involved in tax planning, reviewing the company’s tax systems, and keeping up with the latest tax regulations.

Previously, I interned at Surya Citra Media, PT Taspen (Persero), and KPPN Medan I, and served as a Tax Volunteer at DJP RENJANI, where I received a Silver Award for assisting over 150 taxpayers with their annual tax filings. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Tax Accounting from Diponegoro University (GPA 3.95) and hold Brevet A & B and Certified Tax Technician (CTT) certifications. I’m detail-oriented, analytical, and always looking for ways to make tax work more efficient without compromising compliance 🧾✨

In addition, I’ve been actively involved in organizations, serving as Head of the Entrepreneurship Division, Founder & Head of the Media Information Department at Vocational Tax Corner UNDIP, and Staff of Science & Research at the Tax Accounting Student Association. These experiences helped me develop strong leadership, teamwork, and project management skills 💡

I have extensive experience in tax consulting, accounting, and financial reporting across corporate, government, and media sectors. Currently, I work as a Tax Staff at Truman Consultant, responsible for tax reporting, compliance monitoring, tax planning, and database management to ensure accurate and timely filings.

Previously, I interned at PT Surya Citra Media Tbk, where I reconciled over 21,000 transactions, prepared tax reports (PPh 21, 22, 23, 26, and 4(2)), and supported tax audits and SP2DK responses using SAP. I also served as a Tax Volunteer at the Directorate General of Taxes (RENJANI) and received a Silver Award for assisting 155 taxpayers in filing annual tax returns and validating NIK–NPWP records.

Earlier in my career, I gained accounting and verification experience at PT Taspen (Persero) and KPPN Medan I, where I reviewed financial data, reconciled reports from 50+ work units, and verified branch trial balances.

These experiences have strengthened my skills in tax compliance, data reconciliation, and audit support, with proficiency in SAP, MYOB, Microsoft Excel, and e-Filing systems.

Achievements include 2nd Place at the Taxteenagers National Debate Competition 2024, active participation as a Tax Volunteer at Vocational Tax Corner UNDIP (2023 & 2024) assisting 50+ tax filings, and recognition from the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP RENJANI) with a Bronze Award (2024) and Silver Award (2025) for exceptional performance in helping 150+ taxpayers complete their annual tax filings.

Certified in Tax Brevet A & B and Certified Tax Technician (CTT), currently pursuing Brevet C certification with the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). Also trained in Basic Financial Accounting and proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and e-Filing, Coretax systems.
