I have possessed a 5 star serviced residence and luxury hotels background also pre opening hotels in my previous experienced. I have over 28 years in the hotel industry including 11 years in the role of General Manager. 

I am a visionary leader, strong in hotel operations, guest satisfaction and guest experience, eye detail oriented, energetic, commercial business acumen, drive a financial returns, target oriented, sales & result driven. I am strong in Resort and hotel operations, serviced residence, Food and Beverages, Strong in Sales, Marketing and Revenue distributions. 

My last working experience as General Manager at Bess Mansion Hotel and Residence, prior to these I have been worked as General Manager at Discovery Hotel Ancol, Frasers Residence Menteng Jakarta (Frasers Hospitality), Marriott International, Inter-Continental Hotels Group and Accor.  I am really excited and keen to join your company, I am able to start and join immediately.
