Product Manager

PT. MNC Portal Indonesia 

MNC Portal Indonesia is an integrated online news portal that owns and manages 4 online news channels, namely Sindonews.com, Okezone.com, Inews.id and IDXchannel.com. Apart from that, there is also Orion as a new product which consists of a SAS module that serves all MNC news portals with features provided such as: single sign on on all portals with one Orion ID, comments and comment moderation modules, newsletters, and upcoming features such as event management, cross portal content recommendation
As product manager, I have several responsibilities such as:
• Collaborated closely with editorial team, sales and marketing, internal and external stakeholder to build desired product
• Work closely with developer, and UI/UX team to deliver products needed
• Involved in product development and project management from the requirement to launch using scrum and waterfall methodologies
• Maintained product backlog and project progress to ensure product delivery aligned with product goals and product roadmap
• Conducted functional testing, user acceptance testing and responsible to train operational team when there is a need or change in work processes related to the latest product release

Product portfolio:
• Define requirement and develop website for just for kids magazine 
• Define requirement and develop content recommendation in okezone 
• Update code (technology) and revamp channel techno in okezone
• Initiate and develop quick count microsite for the 2024 presidential election all portal
• Update technology to flatter and revamp inews, idxchannel and okezone apps.
• Revamp website Inews.id (desktop and mobile site)
• Define requirement and develop comment and comment moderation module on Orion (piloting integration with sindonews.com)
• Integration orion single sign on with inews, idxchannel and sindo apps
• Implementation clickable editorial team on article and author page in idxchnnel
