Currently leading operations at Goals Academy, I oversee the synchronization of IT-IS Service and Development, Finance, Legal, HR, and GA departments, driving strategic initiatives and fostering an environment that underlines operational effectiveness. With an eye on long-term goals, my role is pivotal in steering our departments towards financial prudence and regulatory compliance while also identifying opportunities for staff development. As a Business Analyst Partner, I've partnered with the Product Management division to integrate Agile methodologies into our project management systems, enhancing efficiency and decision-making processes. 

My academic journey at Thomas Edison State University in Business Administration provides a solid foundation for applying theoretical knowledge to real-world business challenges, reinforcing my commitment to continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
