I’ve working experience in garments industry have more than 22 years, First position as Chief QA In Factory, as Production Manager in Factory, as Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Controller Inspector by remote at TMS Fashion Indonesia (HK) Ltd (Buying Agent), and as Quality Assurance and Auditor at MGF Sourcing Indonesia (Buying Agent) Working across- functions or by remote.

During in My roles, my last worked experience was at MGF Sourcing as Quality Assurance and Auditor more than 9 years, at MGF Sourcing I’m handling for category woven and knitting for Brand’ TALBOTS, Chico’s, WHBM, Soma, Ann Taylor, Loft, LB, Express and J-Crew, Belk, NY&CO, Limited, Vineyard Vines and Christopher & Banks. At MGF Sourcing we have worked with different stake holder country offices and Across-Function team to cover the role such: Conduct Auditing and collaboration with vendors, testing laboratories and third party sourcing agents such BV or Intertek. Conduct Factory Technical Evaluation or FTE for Respective Factory, Implementation and monitoring SOP like Total Quality Management or TQM and Right First Time Manufacturing or RFTM, Follow up KPI score card every Month for seven points. Drive Vendor empowerment program, Assessment new FCA /old FCA, Conduct initial training for FCA; do assessment and certification in case the QA manager for brand specific.

Training Quonda Report System for all FCA how to insert data onQuonda system cover for PP Sample, Size Set, TOP-Sample, PILOT, IPI, DPI, and FRI, supporting Development and Sourcing teams with sample inspection from development through pre-production stages, analyze risk assessment concern on product and focused on execution, escalate any issues concern to Manager Tech and follow up for improvement, make Corrective Action Plan or CAP if any callout from customer as a preventive measure for the future and etc.

Work directly with customers to follow up the sample from fit sample until PP sample, review sample such as pattern, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement and concerns comment.
