I am an MBA graduate with over 8 years of progressive experience across operations, human resources, business development, and sustainability-driven initiatives, spanning retail, renewable energy, and academic/public relations environments.

I most recently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a renewable energy company focused on solar solutions, where I led business development and operational strategy. My responsibilities included market and competitor analysis, supplier and partnership optimization, and the establishment of company-wide OKR and operational frameworks to improve alignment, execution, and performance monitoring.

Previously, I spent 7 years as an Executive & HR Assistant in a retail building materials company, supporting end-to-end business operations. My role covered HR administration, payroll and incentive tracking, KPI monitoring, inventory management, and basic financial control, providing me with strong operational discipline and hands-on exposure to SME business management.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gadjah Mada University, one of Indonesia’s leading universities, with a GPA of 3.64/4.00. My academic focus integrated strategic management, sustainability, leadership, and corporate governance, supported by coursework in strategic leadership, industry and competitive analysis, financial and operations management, business ethics for sustainability, and organizational behavior.

My MBA thesis, “Strategic Sustainability Planning for Gembira Loka Zoo in the Era of Sustainable Tourism,” reflects my applied interest in sustainability strategy and long-term organizational resilience. I also completed an industry immersion program, where I designed project monitoring tools and KPI frameworks to improve accountability and performance tracking in a real-world business setting.
