Marketing, Customer Service and Customs Supervisor Responsibilities and Accountability : • Looking Potential Client and try to Market • Prepare The cost for shipment and create the proposal Market Syahmi Rizal A(5) • Monitor the Shipment (Import/Export), Ocean Freight/Air Freight Domestik/International and Inland Trucking • Calculate Draft or input duty tax of Import Export • Looking for Harmonyzation of Code for each spare part • Prepare Legal proposal of Import Export, Domestik/International, Trucking to Client. • Carry out the document of Import Export to the customs ofice and finish the document until the goods release or SPPB • Prepared the thir party bill (from Liner) and arrange he trucking to client warehouse • Import & Export order processing and routing as well to mobilize tool and asset client location vice versa in Kalimantan or router island if client required

Response Material demand or tools from user in order to support production • Selecting supplier in term of inventory to best price • Comparing diferent price from many supplier • Submit cost evaluation for freight cost ( Sea freight & Air Freight ) • Monitoring shipment from overseas ( Export Import ) • Monitoring PO lead time from arriving items , checking condition up to incoming invoice • Selecting Vendors to spare part component to be fixed • Communicate & educate end user & supplier / Shipper for information regarding condition regulation delivery for all shipment • Maintains supplier relationships, visiting suppliers' facilities to qualify them as new sources and assists in the resolution of production, design, quality and/or delivery problems. • Inform to end user if any discrepancy shipment Provide daily, weekly and monthly EXIM Report • Manage & arrange pick up of goods for urgent requisitions. • Ensure all shipment supplied in safe condition and matches as per Invoice & Packing list • Dealing with freight lines, customs brokers warehouse s and truckers • Coordination with expedition for the purchase of goods non local • Monitoring and Report daily, weekly lead time outstanding Purchase Order • Searching for new clients who could benefit from the products in a designated region • Travelling to visit potential clients • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers • Managing and interpreting customer requirements • Calculating client quotations • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions • Ofering after-sales support services • Recording and maintaining client contact data • Supporting marketing by atending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events • Analysing costs and sales • Solving client problems
