Aryaputra Roseno

am currently studying at the Faculty of Industrial Technology majoring in Industrial Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology. I have a passion for teamwork and am interested in project management, business analysis. I am diligent, conscientious, easy to get along with new people, easily motivated, have a high desire to learn, and able to commit to what I choose. 

I am also able to work and solve problems in a team, this is proven by several organizations and committees that I have participated in. It is very easy for me to establish relationships in various circles.

From December 2023 to February 2024, I served as a Business Intelligence Analyst during a project-based internship at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, the first commercial bank in Indonesia to operate under Islamic Sharia principles. During my tenure, I created a comprehensive dashboard from digital user churn data by manipulating data and creating calculated fields, providing valuable insights for business decision-making. Concurrently, I undertook a project-based internship as a Business Development Officer at Rakamin Academy from December 2023 to January 2024. Rakamin Academy is a platform dedicated to teaching digital and technological skills through interactive, project-based lessons aimed at career building. In this role, I identified business needs and customer expectations, analyzed target markets, and developed strategic roadmaps for growth, including sales forecasting and planning, to drive the company's expansion and success.

I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia, where I began my studies in August 2022. Throughout my academic journey, I have achieved several notable accomplishments. In 2023, I secured the 1st place in the Problem Solving category at the National Competition FEF ITB, showcasing my ability to tackle complex issues effectively. Additionally, I was a finalist in the Essay category at the National Competition Newton SRE ITK and ranked among the top 12 in the Agriculture Business Case Competition at Agriday UNPAD. My innovative thinking was recognized at the Idea Lab Event by PABRIK MTI CC, where I was awarded for having The Most Innovative Idea. These achievements highlight my dedication to academic excellence and my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.
