Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank, including leading and coaching staff, identifying opportunities that drive profitability, optimizing efficiency, driving bussiness development initiatives, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial policies, and fostering an outstanding sales culture in a highly competitive market.
My work experiences in banking for 18 years started from my position as clerk teller in 2004. Then in 2009 I was rotated to become Customer Service Administrative. Thank God, in 2012 I was promoted to take the Staff Development Program test as a leadership employee with the initial position as Customer Service Officer. So much knowledge, experiences and forge in the field of customer service, cross selling, maintaining customers, achieving funding and credit targets, problem solving for customer complaints, monitoring customer transactions, leading the CS and Teller teams to stay solid and unified. And in 2017 I had the opportunity to be promoted to Branch Operations Manager.
