Allicia Putri Prasetyaji

I have completed my Bachelor of Laws at the University of 17 Agustus 1945, Surabaya with a GPA of 3.80 and am currently pursuing a Master of Business Law at Airlangga University.

I have completed PKPA (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) and UPA (Ujian Profesi Advokat) organized by PERADI in 2023, currently I work as a Legal Staff at PT. Cesa Jaya Setjahtera which is engaged in the Fnb and clove industry, I also have experience as a Junior Associate at Ronny Indrawan & Associates law firm which focuses on corporate/business law for 8 months, and experienced as a Paralegal at Ani Purwanti and Partners for 10 months.

In addition, I am experienced in making lawsuits, making subpoenas, reviewing contracts, making legal opinions, legal drafting for employment contracts / cooperation agreements / company regulations / non disclosure agreements (NDA), asset transfer, IPR registration, and assisting company legality.
