Over the past several years, I have worked in diverse environments including ESS, Axis Communications, and Jungheinrich, where I provided first‑line and second‑line support, managed installations, and resolved complex technical issues.

My expertise spans Windows and Linux systems, Office 365, SCCM, and network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, HP Aruba). I am skilled at being the first point of contact for users, handling incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and documenting solutions to improve team efficiency.
