- Follow, study, understand and implement all internal regulations/rules and procedures that have been outlined by internal management, Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) or other agencies 

- Make a risk-weighted asset report (RWA) and minimum capital adequacy (KPMM) 

- Consolidating branch operational data (DKO) 

- Prepare material for the risk monitoring committee meeting

- Make a Risk Profile Report, Risk Eksposure Report, Leverage Ratio Report, Risk-Based Bank Rating Report and Internal Capital Adequacy Assement Process (ICAAP) 

- Make a Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Report

my jobdesc:

- Provide support, guidance & recommendation to related Department and Risk champions in managing the risks in order to minimize risk events & preventing recurring events as well as forward looking risks. Also provide improvement process & robust control recommendation. 

- Pro-actively monitoring business risk profile through the review and challenge of key risks registers, risk exposure against appetite/tolerance, trends and the identification of material changes in risk profile and emerging risks. 

- Conduct review/independent checking in related areas to ensure policy and procedure including its existing control have been implemented properly so that the risks are being managed well within the risk appette an tolerance 

- Escalating breaches in risk appetite/limits and material issues, and providing business leaders with Risk’s independent opinion of the risk profile and actions which should be taken to manage and mitigate risks. 

- Ensure the implementation of Risk Management framework in his/her area of responsibility. 

- Review related policy & procedure as well as working instruction (ad hoc) to ensure that adequate control is exist to prevent and mitigate the risks. 

- Prepare, consolidate and review the risk assessment report including the parameter on business risk, ensuring it is delivered on timely basis to Group and OJK 

- Maintain broad knowledge of best practices and trends in operational risk 

- Perform other duties & responsibilities as required or as assigned by supervisor.
