Task

Responsible for Employee`s Transportation and Mess (Worker and Staff)  ;

  1. looking for a mess for workers to live in 
  2. ensure the readiness of the mess that will be used as a place for workers to live (water, toilets etc.) 
  3. ensure operational vehicles have been serviced according to schedule
  4. looking for public transportation to pick up and drop off workers from the mess to the project and from the project to the mess
  5. take workers to the nearest health center if a worker is sick
  6. pick up workers at the airport if there are new workers arriving
  7. escort staff to the airport if there are staff who are on leave and pick up staff who are on leave at the airport
  8. make a weekly report to the cashier regarding payment for renting workers' shuttle transportation
  9. make monthly bills regarding cleaning and security fees for the dormitory
  10. Make sure the staff and workers have gone home to the mess

Task

responsible for issuing work permits to the owner and MK ;

  1. granting permission for the installation of electrical substations and the connection of electricity from the electrical substation to the work areaensure the readiness of the mess that will be used as a place for workers to live (water, toilets etc.) 
  2. create a work permit for internet installation in the project office for stafftake workers to the nearest health center if a worker is sick
  3. make a letter to the Owner (PT. Pandega Cipta Niaga) and to MK (PT. Jaya CM) regarding the disconnection of the electricity supply that was previously connected at the management's electricity substationescort staff to the airport if there are staff who are on leave and pick up staff who are on leave at the airport
  4. make a permit for the Fogging program to the OWNER, MK and building security carried out in the work area

Task :

Responsible for HRD HO,SITE Projet And BPJSTK (JAKON)

 enter and register staff and workers into the finger machine

  1. assisting staff in checking remaining leave and the process of filling in leave in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  2. make a list of staff and workers working on the project and report it to the central HRD so that they can be registered with BPJS Employment (JAKON) And Update
  3. make a work accident report to BPJS when a work accident occurs at the project location experienced by both workers and staff
  4. make weekly report for staff meal money Make assets & inventory report
  5. make weekly reports by pulling the finger machine for staff absences which are reported to HRD at the head office
  6. make a report to HRD head office regarding annual leave and day off for project staff
  7. make a report to the cashier regarding staff who will take a day off because it will cut the incentives of staff who take the day off
  8. transporting workers to the hospital if there is an accident at the work site
  9. Coordination with the workers' foreman to ensure that the workers' return home during Eid is recorded correctly and in accordance
  10. Coordinate with the cashier to purchase Eid tickets for staff and workers
  11. Every Monday, provide a finger data report to the central HRD regarding project staff absences
  12. Every Thursday, make a report to HRD center regarding the number of staff and workers on the project
  13. make a list of workers' homecoming for Eidul fitri
  14. replace HSE to provide induction to newly arrived workers
  15. provide direction to newly joined staff regarding how to use and fill in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) if they are absent from work due to illness or leave work and arrive late at the work location
  16. Coordinate with mentors to update the number of workers once a week
  17. To create a weekly report for staff meal expenses and submit it to the cashier.
  18. to prepare a report on the wages of freelance workers every week based on the Finger machine and submit it to the cashier.
  19. confirm with the foreman regarding the number of workers who are still active and those who are no longer working on the project.
