- Diagnose desktop, application, network and infrastructure problems.
- Responsible for Active Directory user email accounts
- Installation & configuration of meeting rooms
- Eufy Security CCTV installation & configuration
- Managing Nas Storage
- Network and Mikrotik installation
- Maintain inventory records of Hardware and Software Assets
- routinely check and update the operating system and applications run by the User.
- Back up all data to be safe and in case the system encounters problems.
- build information systems that support company operational activities
- inform departments regarding trouble updates so they can operate more efficiently and effectively
Responsible for: Windows / Office 365 , Active Directory Email, produk Backup, produk Anti-Virus, Ethernet, router nirkabel .
