My name is Achmad Sidiq Karyuni, I just finished my based check training with DGCA on Airbus A320. And i am a former flight instructor in Deraya flying school from November 2013 until July 2020, my experience with single engine piston is 1.487 hours and 95 hours PA34 Piper Seneca and Cessna 402B Multi Engine Class Rating approve by DGCA. I am a dynamic, discipline, and self-motivated person. Besides that, I am a person who can work as a team and also able to work under pressure.

Job Desk of Flight Instructor :

• Conducts ground and flight training operations with private, instrument, and commercial pilot students.

• Safely operates training aircraft in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Syllabi.

• Coordinates the flight training schedule with students and staff in compliance with scheduling policies.

• Fuels training aircraft as necessary.

• Provides and maintains records of necessary student pilot endorsements needed to satisfy TSA.

• Responsible for accurately maintaining all appropriate records to include student training records, student logbooks, and computer records.

• Ensure that course standards, training requirements and objectives are met by all assigned students as stipulated in the applicable Training Course Outline.

• Initiate stage check and requests for assigned students. Responsible for the timely course completion of all flight students assigned, including completion of required paperwork.

• Monitor the maintenance condition of the training aircraft and inform MFS maintenance personnel of any questionable items.

• Recommend curriculum and coursework improvements when appropriate and develop new curriculum or coursework as assigned.

• Incident reports as necessary to report any observed safety violations or situations that may affect the safety of flight. Attend administrative, standardization, in-service training, and instructor development meetings as assigned.

• Perform duties as a stage check instructor when permitted and as required. Assist with special projects to include but not limited to: changes in MFS operations manual, aircraft standardization manuals and personnel policies.
