Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Abdus Samad, I am a Forestry Bachelor majoring in Forestry Management from Lambung Mangkurat University in Indonesia. I found a GIS Specialist position opening at your company via LinkedIn and I am interested in applying for the position. During college, I have been equipped with the knowledge and skills that are important for building spatial data mapping and drone maps. Very familiar with using Arcgis, Qgis (GEODATABASE, SQL, PYTON) Global Mapper software, Agisoft Metashape software. During college, and in my work environment, I have been equipped with important knowledge and skills to create geospatial mapping databases, I am also strong in field work in forestry planning management, especially geographical areas in Indonesia such as Tropical Rain Forests, Mangrove Forests, Rawa. I also have internship experience at a company PT. Barito Putera Forestry Department, who has worked in the forestry sector on watershed rehabilitation projects for the last 1 year and GIS Environmental Reclamation for the last 3 years – now.
