Abdul Gani

As a CTO, I am responsible for overseeing the technology resources, policies, and budget. Also communicating with other executives, performing research on new technologies that could enhance the business and monitoring the use and implementation of new and existing technologies across departments. 

The company that I am working currently is classified as SME where there are not many resources, I am happy to do some others job such as roadmap planning, convert roadmap into a timeline, lead the engineers team and monitoring the SLDC. 

In less than one year with this company, I have successfully build a SaaS that is going to lunch very soon this year in 2024.

With 13 years of dedicated experience in the IT industry, I have demonstrated a remarkable journey of growth and expertise. Starting as a developer, I quickly showcased my proficiency in coding and problem-solving, laying a solid foundation for my career. 

Over the years, I transitioned into the role of a Presales Consultant (Solution Architect), where I honed my skills in designing comprehensive and scalable solutions to meet the clients / complex business needs. This phase of my career not only showcased my technical prowess but also highlighted my ability to understand and address the broader strategic goals of the organization that bring me to current position, serving as a CTO.

I served as deputy chairman at the Computing Laboratory of the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya for the period 2009-2011.
